RESPONSIBILITIES

• Expand GHI’s market share (revenue and profitability) via new client sales
• Develop a sales pipeline using the telephone, e-mail, personal networking, and cold calling to identify new business and to engage prospects.

o Note that a significant portion of the sales representatives’ leads will be provided by our world class marketing programs.

• Qualify prospects and provide accurate sales pipeline reporting
• Manage opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle from identification, qualification, and through the close
• Ability to work a 6 day week when required
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide input to sales management, product management, and marketing based on customer and prospect feedback

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years direct sales experience
• Expertise in sales in the Remodeling Industry
• Experience in the Exterior Remodeling Industry (Roofing/Siding/Doors/Windows)
• Experience in working within and maximizing the impact of a quality sales process
• Experience in being part of a medium size and growing organization.
• A High School or Vocational School diploma
• Proven professional selling skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
• Business-to-Consumer (Home) sales experience
• Strong qualification and closing skills
• A demonstrable track record of success which includes but is not limited to consistent achievement of sales targets
• Strong Relationship skills
• Proficient in MS Office Products
• The ability and desire to work in a company culture that rewards sound judgment, innovation, courage, honesty, selflessness, and passion
• Highly motivated with focused ambition and drive
• Student of a professional sales process, e.g., SANDLER SYSTEMS
• The ability to develop prospect and client relationships at the decision making level including when there are multiple decision makers
• The ability to qualify or disqualify opportunities early in the sales cycle
• The ability to reach closure and clear futures at each stage of the sales cycle

The primary territory for this position will be in both PA and NJ with the ability to cover a 75 mile radius from 07081. Global Home Improvement will provide marketing, product and delivery support, ongoing product training, as well as sales training and coaching from our nationally recognized professional sales process partner.

COMPENSATION

An extremely competitive compensation package comprised of an uncapped commission program, and bonus opportunities will be provided to the successful candidate.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
